| Between Time, 2009 burnt pitta bread and nylon thread, 250 cm height x 60 cm diameter Crypt Gallery, St Pancras Church, London Installation of burnt pitta bread suspended from the ceiling of a vault in the church crypt. The work follows the earlier Between Something and Nothing floor installations concerned with themes of transience and transformation.
